Locally roasted organic coffee
Impeccably picked and sorted, leveraging Haiti's centuries of expertise, this 100% Arabica has overcome incredible obstacles to be delivered to us. This coffee is roasted to medium dark, just before second crack, to highlight the smooth sweetness and restrained fruit.
It is grown near the town of Zombi (FR), roasted exclusively by North Roast (Kingston, ON) for us.
