Natural wine is produced with minimal intervention in the vineyard and winery. This means no added chemicals, native yeasts for fermentation, and little to no sulfites. The result is a wine that truly reflects its terroir and vintage, often with unexpected and vibrant flavors.

Natural wine tells a story. A story of people who made it, a story of landscape and what shaped it as well as how it was affected by the climate at a particular point of time. Food designed by the Patriam team from local in-season ingredients will help highlight the unique expression of each wine’s origin.
